Evaluation

All organisations need effective evaluation to see how their campaigns and plans are working. It is particularly important when you are answering to public funders. Agent Louisa has evaluated community and arts projects, large and small.

Evaluation works best when it is an integral part of your project and has buy-in from organisers and participants, rather than an end of project ‘bolt-on’. The process can be more of a learning experience than the report.
